Lifeline also has online chat support, and a text service. Call them 24/7 anonymously. Lifeline is staffed by volunteers and paid staff around Australia, and have excellent training for a variety of crises, as well as inclusive practice training for LGBTQIA+.

Switchboard Victoria - 1800 184 527

Switchboard takes calls from LGBTQIA+ community from 3pm to 12am, or Webchat online. They are especially trained around LGBTQIA+ issues, and staffed entirely by members of LGBTQIA+ community.

Kids helpline - 1800 55 1800

Kids helpline has phone, email, and webchat 24/7 for young people aged under 25, and are an especially good resource if you are in this age bracket.
